Stripe Recruitment is looking to recruit a Vehicle Prepper / Paint Sprayer at Family-Run Accident Repair Centre Group in the Hatfield, Herts Area.

As a Vehicle Prepper, you’ll be essential in preparing vehicles for paintwork, ensuring they are restored to the highest standard. Key responsibilities as a Vehicle Prepper / Painter include:

· Preparing vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and priming for painting

· Conducting inspections and repairs as necessary to ensure surfaces are smooth and ready for paint application

· Working efficiently with the paint team to meet quality and deadline expectations

· Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

· Following health and safety guidelines meticulously

· Proven experience as a Vehicle Prepper in an automotive repair environment

· Knowledge of surface preparation, sanding, and priming techniques

· Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship

· Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team

· Effective communication and time management skills

· Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday - Friday
